Returns
Please call and let us know if you have received an item that did not meet your expectation. We will be happy to mail out an exchange or replacement item and we’ll pay the shipping.
A refund will be issued if an exchange or replacement is not satisfactory.
When returning, please secure the merchandise in its original packing or similar protective packing. Enclose a copy of your invoice. Mail the item to Bird's Eye View LLC, 114 Old Ridge Rd, New Milford , CT 06776. Once the original item is received. We will credit your original purchase, minus shipping costs.

We use a secure online merchant account processing service to safeguard your financial information. We may on occasion send you advance notice of Bird’s Eye View LLC sales or promotions via postcard or e-mail. If you do not wish to receive these notifications please let us know.
Shipping and Handling
Within the continental USA items are shipped via US Postal Service, standard mail. Flat shipping and handling rates are calculated based on the amount amount of your order. Items in stock usually arrive in 7 to 10 business days within the continental USA. Other destinations may take longer depending where they are. We will notify you by telephone or email if your order will be delayed for any reason. Please call if you need something quickly or require custom shipping. We will do our best to accomodate. For customers residing outside the USA, the shipping is calculated a higher rate. flat shipping rate are available to view, before you checkout. Handling fees if any, are included in the these flat rates. Shipping can be arranged for most countries by contacting us. Please E-mail or telephone us if you have special shipping requests.
Retail Tax
Customers residing in Connecticut must pay 6% retail tax on taxable items. Conneticut sales tax will be automatically calculated by the shopping cart and added to your purchase.
